For airsoft, you need a suitable airsoft gun (AEG, gas, or spring-powered), safety gear such as a full-face mask or goggles, and BB pellets. Optional kit includes tactical clothing, gloves, a vest, and spare magazines for better gameplay and protection. Getting started is the easy part, upgrading is the harder part.
