TSA does not approve specific brands or models of gun cases, but requires that firearm cases be hard-sided, lockable, and completely secure so they cannot be easily opened. The case must be locked with a key or combination lock, and only the passenger should retain the key or combination. Many reputable brands like Pelican, Plano, and SKB make cases that meet these TSA requirements.
