Goggles are generally better than glasses for airsoft because they provide full seal protection around your eyes, preventing BBs and debris from entering from the sides or underneath. Glasses may be more comfortable and offer better ventilation, but they do not offer as much protection as goggles. For maximum safety, goggles are the recommended choice.
