Could this potentially be dropped into a m249 Para model since it does have a M4 v2 system in it.

If you are referring to the feather weight, which takes a V2 gearbox, then technically yes. The only issue would be that it will take a different nozzle. In order to have this function correctly, you would need to have a custom nozzle made. At this moment, this type of custom nozzle is not made by the manufacturer.
