The wolverine bolt is electro-pneumatic and requires a small battery, but does NOT use an FCU (Fire Control Unit). The trigger attaches externally to the trigger box and directly actuates the valve. Not needing an FCU simplifies installation and reduces battery drain, making the system easier to use and maintain.
