Typically the best way is to utilize a dejamming rod with a cleaning patch on the end with some isopropal alchohol on it. You will want to remove your barrel compeltely from the hopup and bucking before cleaning. Once you swab it with several patches until it's clean, run another clean patch through it to verify that it is dry.
