Thank you for your question. This fill xxxx is utilized for the regulator on the tank and is used to accept air coming from a fill station. If the fitting that comes on the Barska is meant to attach to standard fill xxxx on HPA tanks, then you shouldn't need anything except the hand pump. You would simply attach the fitting end of the hand pump to your tank and go to town. I was able to find the following hand pump which should work:

Now if that fitting does not work, then it may be best to swap out the female end coming off the pump line instead of swapping the tank fill fitting. This may be your easiest thing to do. In that case, you would want the following fitting:

The above fitting is a foster type fitting which fits onto the Mini Fill valve as well.
