Hi! Yes it will work - the spring guide rod will act as the nut to the buffer tube xxxx . Sometimes you can and sometimes you can't put the bolt release back. It depends on the gun brand and type being installed into.
How do I reattach the stock xxxx with this HPA shell, and where does my CYMA Sport V2 bolt release go? Building a Kythera in it. MAC Airsoft HPA Gear Box V2 w/ Centering Pins
How I will put my stock back with xxxx if it’s not place to put it? And I do have a cyma sport full metal V2, and I have in my original gearbox a receiver bolt release, if I buy this hpa shell, where I will put this receiver bolt release back? I am building a Kythera in it. Sorry for this much questions…
