Hi Christopher,
I have a few possible fixes for you! Try taking off the green cap you should see a pin inside and on the internal there should be a pin with an O ring around it. Make sure the O ring is intact if it is try and see if its dry if it is grease it and if that doesn't work try replacing it. Also try not to have your tank filled with your regulator attached its not good for it.
