Ideal barrel setup for a PolarStar F1: R-hop or flat hop with a Miracle 409mm, Pro-Win, prommy purple, Firefly nub? Do you do R-hops?

What is an ideal barrel setup for a polarstar f1 build? Currently looking at miracle 409mm, with pro win, prommy purple, firefly nub, and o ring spacers as a setup, should i go with an r hopped barrel or just flat hop it? And do you guys do r hops and flat hops there?
