There are a few different options that you can do with. If you would like to keep the existing macro line, what you can do is either pickup a mini quick disconnect plug to xxxx onto the end of the threaded fitting, or a gun side fitting which would replace the threaded fitting altogether.

Something else that you could do would be replacing the macro line altogether with an IGL. The benefit of going with an IGL over the macro line, is that the macro line requires you to trim it over time as the teeth of the fitting dig in creating grooves, to ensure that it won't leak. The IGL eliminates having to do this since the fittings are built into the line.
