Question: What do the tick marks between 80-120 represent? Trying to fine tune to 100psi but unsure on where it sits on the regulator
Answer: It would be between the 80-120psi ticks. They gauges are most accurate between 10:00 and 2:00, so the ticks aren't overly accurate, but that's just how they make gauges.
Question: Are there any videos on how to use the lubrication on the regulator?
