Yes this is a kit for a tank, line, and reg. The size of tank is up to you, it depends on how much air you want to carry. If you are running around a lot, you might want smaller tank, but if you can accommodate it, you may as well carry as much air as possible. This will give you more shots per fill vs a smaller tank. Carbon Fiber tanks are larger, but lighter than their alumninum counterparts. They also get way more shots per fill out of them.
