If I already have all the parts needed, can I bring everything to the store to have it assembled, and still get it flat hopped? Amped Airsoft Service | Assemble Hop Up / Barrel Unit

This is probably a dumb question, but if I already have all the parts needed could I bring it all to the store and have it assembled? If so would I still be able to get it flat hopped? Thanks!
