What does the PTS in the title mean, do I still need to buy the rebuild, and will the dampener or rebuild come preassembled?

Per the description: The PTS version of the M12 Sidewinder has reinforced components that are optimized for use with the PTS EPM1 series such as EPM1 & EPM1-S. The o-ring-less nozzle reduces loading pressure and facilitates smoother feeding.
You will have to install the sound dampener and the rebuild kit should you need them.
