Heyo! This ASA has a variety of uses (some examples in the description) but is not necessary for every build. You can use the ASA to keep dust and dirt out of your regulator while not in use. You can utilize the ASA to plug up one of the UFAs on a dual tank regulator in the event you only want to use 1 tank.
