Hello,
By the sound of it, the issue is most likely due to your nozzle alignment being off. A way to check is after making sure the power source has been disconnected, shine a flashlight up through the magwell looking down the barrel. If it is off, this can easily be fixed by tapping the gearbox in the direction it needs to go. You can also use spacers such as washers or set screws to hold it into place if need be.
If nozzle alignment is not the issue, try increasing your dp to around 60 or 70. If neither of these suggestions solves the issue, please send us an email to sales@ampedairsoft.com and we will be able to assist you further.
