If you are double shooting, it could be a couple of things. It could be the bucking, or it could be your dP setting. If dP is too high on the Jack, this can result to double feeding as you nozzle is going to be held back longer. (In dual solenoid systems you can tune nozzle dwell separately, however, in a Jack you can not).
Please try reducing your dP to see if this helps. If not, then it could be bucking / hop assembly related.
