Hello,
Wolverine switched over to their newest versions approximately February 21st of this year. So long as you didn't receive one of the older HPA engines, this should work just find for you. A way to check if you have the old or new version is to check and see if the wireharness you have now is one solid piece, or if there is a green and yellow wire coming off of it like the one pictured. If for some reason you received an older version, you would also have to get the new trigger board along with the wireharness.
