Hi I was planning on running this setup on my WE F226 with a AEG mag adapter. Will this HPA kit work with that?

Sure will! This setup works with pretty much all GBB Pistols. You simply just need a foster fitting connection, which is pretty much industry standard and should be the same as what your mag adapter runs. Hope this helps!
