Thank you for your question! Sure will! This is actually designed with the Amoeba series in mind and will work great. As far as FCU, both work great. The standard has an LCD that allows you to program with a joystick, whereas the mini FCU uses trigger logic. (We currently are awaiting our first batch with the mini FCUs.)
