I don't know the answer for sure - but I would have to guess no :( The MTW are real steel threaded in the rear and are also very strange. I have an MTW9 and I used a magpul rear receiver part (milspec) and it didn't work. They have very weird receivers that are basically proprietary. It may or may not work I can't say for sure.. but I'm leaning towards not.
