Hi there!
Are you referring to the SLP Air Rig? Or SLP Tank Head Regulator?
If you are referring to an SLP Air Tank Head Regulator like this, then yes you can:

You would simply have to remove your tank head and replace it with this. If you want to go this route, I would highly recommend just simply purchasing the 48/3000 tank with an SLP head already installed like so:

If your question is referring to the following SLP Air Rig being able to be used on this non-slp 48/3000 tank: https://ampedairsoft.com/amped-hpa-ri...
Then the answer is no. You will need the following tank to run the SLP Air Rig on it:

SLP Air Rigs can not run on non-SLP Tanks (Higher than 300 PSI).
