Hi there! We reached out to Wolverine Airsoft and asked your question and received the following answer:
"The CYMA SVD has been both reported to work with no extra modifications, and work only after some modifications, with the RS SVD HYDRA Kit. The bottom line is that the build appears to be possible, but we have never done one to provide any other details."
