Hi there! All HPA units come with the FCU, Trigger Board, and Wire Harness so that they are ready to be built. If you are referring to tuning the FCU before it leaves us, we do not tune the FCU as that is very build and player style dependent. You will need to tune the FCU to your liking to match your rifle build, play style, magazine brand, and environment you play in.
