No, it mounts inside the hop-up chamber and illuminates the BB itself via UV LEDs, rather than flashing BBs at the muzzle like an AceTech- or EShooter-style unit. Different technology, same goal of tracking your shots at night.

It's designed around the new generation MAXX hop-up chamber. This isn't a universal drop-in for every hop-up unit, so check chamber compatibility before ordering if you're not already running a MAXX chamber.
